Every Ultimate Fantasy Doll is visually inspected from head to toe at our Chatsworth, California facility before she’s able to go home with you. A certified Quality Control Technician assures that every doll passes a 20+ point inspection checklist, which is stamped, signed, and included with every doll for recordkeeping. We’ll never sell a doll that we wouldn’t sign our name on and we’ll stand behind every purchase 100% so you can enjoy every doll in full confidence.
The internet is rampant with counterfeit operations that illegally use our Ultimate Fantasy Doll pictures while shipping cheap knock off imitations instead. Here’s how it works:
First, please register your doll here.
After her arrival and during unboxing, inspect your Ultimate Fantasy Doll from head to toe. If you do find a physical defect or mistake in your order, you must report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide high resolution, well-lit photos and/or videos to support your claim, along with your order number and comments detailing the issues. One of our expert Customer Service representatives will respond within 24 business hours and take you through the return process.
If you believe that a full replacement is warranted, PLEASE DON’T TOUCH, MOVE, OR USE THE DOLL from that point forward. To qualify for exchange, the doll must be in “brand new” condition, in its original packaging, and most importantly “un-used.” Failure to comply with any/all of these conditions WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY. Once you hear back from your Customer Service rep, you both can discuss a plan of action to expedite the return process.
Due to the lifelike nature of the dolls, small skin imperfections, minor rips or tears, wrinkles, and creases can occur during the molding and un-molding process. These minor blemishes are typically very inconspicuous and can usually be repaired and/or modified at home with a little TLC. Please review our blog post here for tips on how to conduct home repairs.
No two Ultimate Fantasy Dolls are created exactly alike! Because each doll is carefully handmade with amazing attention to detail and assigned its very own serial number, your doll’s final appearance may slightly vary from the photos on the website or from other members of the community. Think of these minor differences as unique “birthmarks” only your doll was born with, making your Ultimate Fantasy Doll the ultimate one-of-a-kind intimate experience.
- Product defects/errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

- In the unlikely event that the product has a defect(s) from manufacturing, we will exchange it. UFD stands behind its dolls.
